These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of bitbullnews.com and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Services.

2. Changes to the Services or Terms

We may update these Terms or change the Services from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the effective date. Your continued use of the Services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

3. Editorial content is for informational purposes only (No advice)

All content on the Site is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes (or should be construed as) financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or other professional advice. You are solely responsible for your decisions and actions.

Digital assets are volatile and high-risk. You may lose all or a substantial portion of your funds. Always do your own research and consult qualified professionals where appropriate.

4. Accounts (Contributors only)

The Site may provide accounts for selected Contributors (authors/experts) to submit and manage content. Credentials are personal and must be kept confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

We may suspend or terminate Contributor access at any time, with or without notice, to protect the Services or for policy violations.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • violate any applicable law or regulation;
  • attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, servers, or systems;
  • interfere with Site security, performance, or availability (including via scraping that materially impacts operations);
  • upload or transmit malware or harmful code;
  • use the Services to harass, defame, threaten, or infringe others’ rights;
  • impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

We may investigate and take action at our discretion, including restricting access.

6. Intellectual property

Except where noted, the Services and all content and materials on the Site (including text, graphics, logos, design, compilation, and software) are owned by or licensed to BitBullNews and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may view and share links to our content for personal, non-commercial use. Any other use (including copying, reproducing, distributing, publishing, scraping for republication, creating derivative works, or commercial exploitation) requires our prior written permission unless permitted by applicable law.

7. User submissions (tips, emails, comments)

If you submit content to us (e.g., story tips, messages, comments where enabled), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Services, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit the content and that it does not violate any law or third-party rights.

8. Contributor submissions (authors/experts)

If you are a Contributor, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • you are responsible for the accuracy of your submissions and for ensuring you have all necessary rights;
  • you grant BitBullNews the rights necessary to publish, distribute, edit (including for clarity/length/style), and promote your submitted content as part of our editorial operations;
  • additional Contributor-specific terms (if provided separately) may apply and will govern in the event of conflict.

9. Third-party links, services, and ads

The Site may contain links to third-party sites and services and may display third-party advertisements. We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content, products, or practices. Your dealings with third parties are solely between you and them.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitBullNews disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BitBullNews and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Where liability cannot be excluded, our liability will be limited to the minimum extent permitted by applicable law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BitBullNews and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for any reason, including for suspected violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive (e.g., IP ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification).

14. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, without regard to conflict of laws principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore, except where prohibited by applicable law (for example, certain consumer protection laws may provide mandatory local rights).
