BitBull News respects intellectual property rights and expects users and Contributors to do the same. This Copyright Policy explains how to request removal of content you believe infringes copyright and how to submit a counter-notice if content was removed in error.

1. Our content and permitted use

Unless otherwise stated, Site content is owned by or licensed to BitBull News. You may:

  • read and use content for personal, non-commercial purposes; and

  • share content by linking to the original page.

You may not republish, reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit our content (including via automated copying/scraping for republication) without our prior written permission, except as permitted by applicable law (e.g., fair use).

2. Reporting copyright infringement (Notice)

If you believe content on the Site infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to info@bitbullnews.com with the subject line “Copyright Takedown Request” and include:

  1. Your name and contact information (email address, and if applicable, phone/address).

  2. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed (or a representative list).

  3. Identification of the allegedly infringing material on our Site, including the URL(s) and enough information for us to locate it.

  4. A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.

  5. A statement that the information in your notice is accurate, and (where applicable) that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the owner’s behalf.

  6. Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is generally sufficient as an electronic signature).

We may request additional information to process your request.

3. Our response and repeat infringer policy

We will review complete notices and may remove or disable access to allegedly infringing material. In appropriate circumstances, we may suspend or terminate accounts (including Contributor access) of repeat infringers.

4. Counter-notice (if you believe removal was a mistake)

If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was due to a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to info@bitbullnews.com with the subject line “Copyright Counter-Notice” including:

  1. Your name and contact information.

  2. Identification of the removed material and the URL(s) where it appeared before removal.

  3. A statement, under penalty of perjury (where applicable), that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.

  4. Your consent to the jurisdiction of a court of competent jurisdiction for disputes relating to the claim (where applicable), and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.

  5. Your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notice, we may provide it to the original complainant and take appropriate steps consistent with applicable law.

5. Misrepresentations

Submitting false or misleading notices or counter-notices may result in legal consequences. Please ensure your request is accurate and made in good faith.
